This is a terrific book, with lots of source documents and citations. I have one question about the 1894 deed in Wayne County, MS recited on page 96. (This is the one that names Susan Hilbu[r]n as an heir of Moses and Caroline Beard.) I cannot seem to find the original of that deed or a citation to where it can be found. Does anyone have a copy of it, or provide the citation the deed or property records where it can be found? (The Wayne County MS online records search does not seem to be able to locate it, I assume given the year.)
